Elizabeth Herremans + President & Realtor
Elizabeth was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey. Growing up in the tri-state area and having family spread throughout, she has gained and experienced the best of what this region has to offer. Elizabeth studied dance and competed in different sports throughout her life and was accepted to the University of the Arts in Philadelphia on scholarship. During her time in Philadelphia, Elizabeth was a member of various dance teams including the Philadelphia Wings and Philadelphia 76ers. She decided to explore other professional avenues and further her education with classes at Mercer County College. Her next venture was earning a license in Cosmetology through the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Northeast Philadelphia. Elizabeth met her now husband, Todd, at the Philadelphia Phillies home opener. She had the pleasure of watching Todd dominate on the field for the Eagles and experience Philadelphia from a different point of view. Todd and Elizabeth married and are now blessed with two children. After living in a few different city and suburban homes, this sparked a love for real estate. Elizabeth decided to pursue her real estate license and is eager to help people have “an easy landing”.
Colleen Rogenmuser + Managing Partner
Colleen grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and graduated from The University of the Sciences in 2008. She worked for years in both the pharmaceutical and esthetic industries, eventually running her own successful esthetic business in West Chester, Pa. Connecting with clients and developing lasting relationships is something she is passionate about. She currently lives with her husband and four children in West Chester, Pa and can't wait to share her knowledge of the Philadelphia area and all the amazing things it has to offer.
Sarah Kochersperger + Managing Partner
Sarah Kochersperger grew up in the Philly suburbs and grew to love homes and real estate through several of her own home sales & purchases between Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She brings a unique skill set that combines years of experience both in real estate and high tech finance, where she's built a reputation for problem solving and finding creative solutions to complex issues. She currently lives in West Chester, PA where she and her husband are raising their three children.
